User Experience Designer
A versatile UX designer with 15+ years of turning complex systems into simple, human experiences. I’ve shaped product strategy, journeys, and interaction patterns for organisations like Pfizer, Barclays, BT, and Aon, driving engagement, trust, and measurable outcomes.
Proven track record in iterative, agile delivery; evolving design systems; translating ambiguous briefs into clear, accessible, impactful experiences. I work at the intersection of strategy, design, and development, translating complex ideas into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
I had the pleasure of working with Jason for a couple of years at SS&C BluePrism. As a Product Manager, I have a deep appreciation for the role of UX, and Jason is, without a doubt, the most experienced and talented UX professional I have ever worked with.
I worked with Jason at Blue Prism, when he was a senior designer and I was head of UX. Jason has many valuable traits and exceptional qualities within his highly professional dameanour. Highly committed, dilligent and extremely hard woking, Jason combines amazing hands-on consulting, research and design work with patient and inclusive stakeholder management.

Sr. User Experience Designer
Design to delivery: Lead end-to-end UX design for WorkHQ (launched 28 April 2026) data-rich enterprise automation platform serving a global user base, working within a cross-functional agile product team.
Research: Apply mixed-method research (usability testing, interviews, surveys, analytics) in collaboration with researchers to identify friction points and validate design decisions at each sprint cycle, which led to 54% reduction of errors on follow-up outpatient waiting lists for one of our clients at NHS.
Ownership: Own and evolve the product design system in Figma, which led to an enhanced version of the Design System from 2020 adopted by our product WorkHQ.
Interaction design: Create and maintain high-fidelity interactive prototypes to communicate complex workflows to engineers and stakeholders, accelerating sign-off and reducing rework and dev debt (a big one).
Strategize: Define product success metrics in partnership with product managers, tracking KPIs via analytical tools to measure the impact of design iterations.
Mentorship: Mentor teammates on UX principles, design thinking, and user-centred methodologies — elevating the team’s overall design literacy
Adding delight: Introduce motion design principles (where required) to elevate micro-interaction quality, improving perceived performance and user confidence across key task flows, which bring delightful moments as well.
Team spirit: Foster a collaborative team culture where knowledge-sharing and mutual growth are central to how the team operate.

UX & Service Designer
Service Design: I've had the
pleasure of working with some talented User Researchers and
Service Designers at
British Telecommunications
where we mapped very complex user journeys and had countless hours
of talking to Execuitives, and Customer Service Managers about
their experiences and products they were involved with.
UX Design: I've also helped
Business leaders at
AON
envision a shared platform as a form of a knowledge hub as well as
marketplace for APIs, this involved Design Thinking, Roadmap
planning and forecasting, detailed design iterations and
stakeholder mapping for multiple stakeholders to coordinate with
at different time zones.

UX Designer & Frontend Dev
Concept and Ideation: Came up
with different gamified concepts, sketched, ideated, discussed MVP
and finalised the approach with personas and a detailed
illustrated storyboard.
Prototyping & User Testing:
Created a task flow of screens and then tested with users based on
my Figma prototype. Frontend development: Started with static HTML
and CSS pages to get the structure in place. I moved on to sorting
out dynamic components to be used with React. I’ve delved into
creating the whole structure, organising files, working with state
and props, event handling, styled components, react - animations
and lottie animation to enhance it overall.
Team Collaboration: No work is
completed well without good teamwork and I was happy to learn as
well as teach a lot from my expertise in UX. I’ve understood cloud
with AWS, some backend integration and authentication working
alongside teammates.

UI & UX Designer
Brief Synopsis: I started off as a Visual designer to work on concepts for smaller projects but very soon grew into the shoes of a UX designer, helping drive solutions with the aid of research, heuristics, design principles and usability. Setting design standards and reviewing end products created by team members. I worked constantly with stakeholders understanding business needs and in turn giving them a vision of how an app would grow from concept to a user facing functional app with the help of brainstorming, visual mock ups and prototyping. In my tenure with TCS I've been consulting for Barclays which had been an absolute pleasure to work with the business solving problems for an elderly couple to set up a bank account soon at a branch to Voice over Internet Protocol integrations, Kiosk redesigns, and working with Barclaycard.I do recall winning a Hackathon at Radbroke Hall.

UI/Motion Designer
Brief Synopsis: I was responsible for a small team of graphic designers and testers. We worked with infographics and visuals to create user interfaces and video animations. Working with clients like British Airways, American Express & OCBC Bank to understand their unique stories and jump into our moodboards to work on animations for e-commercials or edumercials. My time at Delphian Logic was surely memorable with us doing some amazing stuff with clay animation.
